Enterprise data processing terms for customer personal data. This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) applies where Si14 QI processes personal data on behalf of an enterprise customer under an order form, master services agreement or similar written contract. If there is a conflict between this DPA and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.

1. Roles

For enterprise customer data submitted to the services, the customer is generally the controller or business, and Si14 QI is generally the processor or service provider, unless applicable law or the written agreement requires a different classification. For account administration, billing, security, compliance and service improvement data, Si14 QI may act as an independent controller.

2. Subject matter and duration

The subject matter is the provision of Si14 QI services, including accounts, workspaces, reports, alerts, API access, support, billing, security and related processing. Processing continues for the term of the applicable agreement and any retention period required for legal, security or business record purposes.

3. Categories of data subjects

  • customer employees, contractors, officers, advisors and authorized users;

  • customer prospects, clients or contacts if submitted by the customer;

  • support, billing, sales and technical contacts.

4. Categories of personal data

  • contact details, account identifiers, email addresses, role and company information;

  • workspace settings, access permissions, watchlists, report activity and API usage;

  • support communications, logs, IP addresses, device information and authentication metadata;

  • any additional personal data submitted by the customer through approved service features.

5. Processing instructions

Si14 QI will process customer personal data only to provide and secure the services, comply with the agreement, follow documented customer instructions, comply with law, prevent abuse and protect rights. We may refuse instructions that are unlawful, technically infeasible or outside the service scope.

6. Confidentiality

Personnel authorized to process customer personal data are subject to confidentiality obligations or equivalent professional obligations and access restrictions.

7. Security measures

Si14 QI uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups, provider controls and internal security procedures. Security measures may evolve as the service changes.

8. Subprocessors

Si14 QI may use subprocessors for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, support, payment, security and other service functions. We remain responsible for subprocessors as required by applicable law and contract. Enterprise customers may request current subprocessor information where commercially reasonable.

9. International transfers

Personal data may be processed in multiple jurisdictions. Where required, Si14 QI will use appropriate transfer safeguards, contractual protections or other legally recognized mechanisms.

10. Data subject requests

Where Si14 QI acts as processor, we will provide reasonable assistance for data subject requests that the customer cannot fulfill through the service, subject to verification, technical feasibility and applicable charges if the request is excessive or outside standard support.

11. Security incidents

Si14 QI will notify affected enterprise customers without undue delay after confirming a personal data breach requiring notice under applicable law, taking into account the nature of processing and available information. Notice may include known details, likely consequences and mitigation steps.

12. Deletion and return

Upon termination, customer personal data may be deleted, anonymized or returned according to the agreement, service functionality, legal requirements and backup retention cycles. We may retain information required for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution and business records.

13. Audits and information

Upon reasonable request, Si14 QI may provide security, privacy and compliance information sufficient to demonstrate processing obligations, subject to confidentiality, security restrictions and limits designed to protect other customers and systems.

14. Contact

Data protection requests may be sent to info@si14qi.com.
