Rules for permitted and prohibited use of Si14 QI services. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the Si14 QI website, workspace, API, reports, data, exports, dashboards, alerts and related services. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. Lawful use
You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable securities, derivatives, market abuse, sanctions, privacy, data protection, intellectual property, export control, anti-money laundering and anti-fraud laws.
2. Prohibited activity

market manipulation, insider trading, front-running, spoofing, wash trading, fraudulent schemes or unlawful promotion of financial instruments;

use that violates sanctions, embargoes, export controls, anti-money laundering rules or restricted-party rules;

scraping, crawling, bulk extraction, automated account creation or data harvesting outside approved API terms;

resale, redistribution, sublicensing or public display of Si14 QI content without written permission;

reverse engineering, model extraction, benchmark abuse, prompt injection against system controls or circumvention of access limits;

security testing, scanning, penetration testing, denial-of-service activity or vulnerability exploitation without written authorization;

uploading malware, malicious code, corrupted files, spyware, credential theft tools or other harmful material;

submitting confidential third-party information, trading account credentials, payment cards, private keys, seed phrases, government identifiers or children’s data;

misrepresenting Si14 QI outputs as guaranteed forecasts, personal investment advice, official ratings or brokerage recommendations;

using the services to train competing models or replicate substantial parts of the platform without permission.
3. Account security
You must keep credentials, API keys and account access secure. Shared accounts, credential resale, unauthorized access and bypassing user limits are prohibited. Notify support promptly if you suspect compromise.
4. Fair use and rate limits
We may apply rate limits, usage caps, export limits, anti-abuse controls and technical restrictions. We may throttle or suspend activity that degrades service, creates security risk or exceeds normal plan usage.
5. Reports and redistribution
Reports, screenshots and exports may be used internally according to your plan or agreement. External redistribution, publication, resale or removal of disclaimers, source references, dates, logos or risk warnings requires written permission unless expressly permitted.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, restrict features, suspend accounts, revoke API keys, remove content, terminate service, preserve evidence or report activity to authorities where appropriate.
