Refund & Cancellation Policy Subscription cancellation, renewal and refund rules for Si14 QI. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions and services purchased from Si14 Quant Intelligence unless a signed order form, enterprise agreement or mandatory law provides different terms.
1. Subscription plans
Public subscription plans may include monthly or annual access tiers such as Starter, Professional and other plans shown on the website or checkout page. Enterprise access, white-label access, API packages and custom research may be governed by a separate written agreement.
2. Renewal
Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in an order form, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through account settings, by contacting support, or through the payment processor where applicable. Cancellation stops future renewal, but access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is terminated for breach or a refund is approved.
4. Refunds
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. As a customer-friendly exception, first-time public subscribers may request a refund within seven calendar days of the initial payment if the account has not been used in a manner inconsistent with fair trial use and no breach of terms occurred. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
5. No prorated refunds
Unless we expressly approve otherwise, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, unused time, downgraded plans, unused report quotas, reduced API calls, temporary unavailability or user-side technical issues.
6. Enterprise services
Enterprise fees, onboarding fees, API access fees, white-label fees, data processing fees, custom research fees, integration fees and professional service fees are refundable only as stated in the signed order form or master agreement.
7. Failed payments
If payment fails, we may retry billing, suspend access, downgrade the account, terminate service or require manual payment. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts, chargeback costs, bank fees and taxes where applicable.
8. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, contact support so we can investigate. We may suspend accounts during chargeback disputes and may terminate accounts for abusive or fraudulent chargebacks.
9. Plan changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on checkout configuration. Downgrades generally take effect at the end of the current paid period. Feature availability may change after downgrade.
10. How to request cancellation or refund
Send requests to support@si14.ai from the email connected to the account. Include account email, invoice number, plan, payment date and reason for request. Sales and enterprise billing questions may be sent to sales@si14.ai.
